Delivery Policy

Future of AI Studio — Effective Date: February 2025

This Delivery Policy outlines the standards and procedures for the delivery of Services by Future of AI Studio. This policy supplements and is subject to the applicable Statement of Work and Terms and Conditions.

1. Delivery Standards

1.1 Quality Assurance

All Deliverables undergo internal quality review before delivery to the Client. The Company maintains human oversight over all AI-assisted work to ensure accuracy, quality, and alignment with project requirements.

1.2 Professional Standards

Services are delivered in accordance with industry best practices and professional standards. The Company employs qualified professionals and utilizes current technologies and methodologies appropriate for each engagement.

2. Delivery Timelines by Service Type

2.1 Gen AI Operators / AI Enablement Services

  • Onboarding: 1–3 business days from contract execution
  • Service Commencement: Within 5 business days of onboarding completion
  • Response Times: Per SLA tier (Standard: 24 hours, Priority: 4 hours, Enterprise: 1 hour)
  • Monthly Reporting: Delivered within 5 business days of month end

2.2 AI Product Studio Services

  • MVP Sprint: 2–4 weeks from project kickoff
  • Full Product Build: 8–16 weeks, delivered in bi-weekly sprints
  • Enterprise Platform: Timeline per SOW, typically 4–12 months
  • Retainer Services: Ongoing delivery per sprint schedule

2.3 AI Commercialization Studio Services

  • Advisory Engagement: Monthly strategy sessions plus ongoing support
  • Productization Sprint: 4–8 weeks with defined milestone deliverables
  • Venture Partnership: Timeline per venture development plan

3. Delivery Methods

3.1 Digital Deliverables

Software, documentation, reports, and other digital materials are delivered via:

  • Secure file sharing platforms (Google Drive, Dropbox, or client-specified systems)
  • Version control repositories (GitHub, GitLab, Bitbucket)
  • Project management platforms (Notion, Asana, Jira, or client-specified systems)
  • Direct deployment to client environments (with appropriate access)

3.2 Meetings and Consultations

Virtual meetings are conducted via Zoom, Google Meet, Microsoft Teams, or client-preferred platforms. In-person meetings may be arranged for enterprise engagements upon mutual agreement.

4. Acceptance and Revisions

4.1 Acceptance Period

Client shall have ten (10) business days from delivery to review Deliverables and provide written acceptance or a detailed list of deficiencies. If no response is received within this period, Deliverables shall be deemed accepted.

4.2 Revision Policy

Unless otherwise specified in the SOW:

  • Included Revisions: Two (2) rounds of revisions are included for each Deliverable
  • Additional Revisions: Billed at the applicable hourly rate
  • Scope Changes: Requests outside original scope require a change order

5. Delays and Extensions

If the Company anticipates a delay, we will notify the Client promptly with an explanation and revised timeline. Delays caused by Client's failure to provide required information, feedback, approvals, or access may result in adjusted timelines and additional fees. Neither party shall be liable for delays caused by circumstances beyond reasonable control.

6. Documentation and Training

For applicable engagements, the Company provides:

  • Technical Documentation: System architecture, API documentation, and deployment guides
  • User Documentation: User guides, FAQs, and operational procedures
  • Knowledge Transfer: Training sessions and handoff meetings as specified in the SOW

7. Post-Delivery Support

Unless otherwise specified in the SOW, the Company provides thirty (30) days of post-delivery support for bug fixes and clarifications related to delivered work. Extended support, maintenance, and enhancements are available under separate agreements.
